For most of us, we are comfortable staying where we are with our wellness: running on 4 hours of sleep, accepting that new pain and ailments are a new normal, feeling completely overwhelmed by our lives, stuck in what feels like a never ending cycle of emotional eating. Maybe you’ve just told yourself that you just “aren’t the kind of person” that can do the things that you so desperately want to be doing.
You’ve spent a lifetime telling yourself to run away from what feels difficult in order to ensure safety (comfort), yet year after year you find your health and wellness in the same place they were before (or worse). A place where we get excited about our new normal and constantly want to push forward because now we know that we can and we are unstoppable.
