Mastering Your Macros was born out of my desire to make nutrition knowledge and application both achievable and realistic for all people. With so much conflicting information circling the internet, it is no wonder that so many of us get overwhelmed by it all and eventually just throw in the towel. Things just don’t have to be this way!
In these 8 weeks of coaching, each client will learn how to create an individualized way of eating that will support the results that she/he has always wanted! I will walk alongside you, teaching you an approach to nourishment that is balanced and sustainable for you. Along with learning what works for you now, I will also teach you how to make shifts that will allow this way of eating to grow with you and your goals as you grow and change throughout your life.
Each client will start where she is and have the opportunity to go at the pace that she/he feels ready for. This plan is perfect for anyone at any stage: those wanting to lose weight, those looking to reverse diet out of 1200 calories a day, those that desire to break free of a diet mindset that will allow for freedom when it comes to food, and even those looking to put on muscle mass or gain weight.

This program encompasses 8 weeks of coaching that include: 3 coaching calls, weekly check-ins from coach, and content sent to client via email. The content will be presented in the form of videos, e-books, and reflection guides, as well as weekly encouragement and accountability. Client is free to ask questions and seek extra guidance and support at any point within the 8 weeks.
This is the coaching option that includes one single payment at the start of the program.
