Mastering your wellness is the heart of the KCW coaching program. This program truly is a holistic look into your life and all of the wonderful things that make you who you are: including your struggles.

You may be certain that you are incapable of growth, that you could never learn to eat without feeling the need to completely binge or restrict, that your list of diagnoses and medications are a lifetime sentence, you might have even convinced yourself that you are just not one of “those people” who can establish good habits when it comes to health and wellness.

I’m here to tell you that all of this is completely untrue. You are not incapable, you just haven’t yet found what works for you-until now! Together we will take a deep dive into all of the tiny parts of your life to discover where simple and sustainable shifts can be made. These small shifts, when repeated consistently, will create the life of true wellness that you’ve always wanted to be living.

In this program, we will discuss everything from nutrition and movement to sleep and stress management. This is a self-paced online course. You will have access to weekly content to include: videos, e-books, and reflection guides, as well as encouragement from your coach. Client and coach will touch base weekly to adjust for needs and work through sticky spots together. The program also includes 2 optional coaching calls throughout the 12 weeks.
